లీడర్ కి ఉండాల్సిన ముఖ్యమైన లక్షణాలు

1. లీడర్- గతాన్ని వదిలేయాలి.
2. లీడర్- నేర్చుకోవడం అపోద్దు.
3. లీడర్- మనసులో ఉన్న విషయం బయటకు  చెప్పాలి.
4. లీడర్- ఈగో వదిలేయాలి. 
5. లీడర్- బాద్యత సక్రమంగా నిర్వర్తించాలి.
6. లీడర్- తప్పును కూడ శాoతoగ చెప్పలి. 
7. లీడర్- ఎవరైనా బాదలో ఉంటే ఓదార్పు ఇవ్వాలి.
8. లీడర్- బాదలో ఉన్నా వారికి బారోస ఇవ్వాలి.
9. లీడర్- అన్నీ సందర్బలనీ స్వీకరించలి.
10. లీడర్- ఎంత కటిన నిర్ణయం ఆయన  తీసుకునే దైర్యం ఉండాలి.
11. లీడర్- మార్గ దర్శకుడు కావాలి.
12. లీడర్- ఎల్లప్పుడూ నవ్వుతూ ఉండాలి.
13. లీడర్- సమస్యలపై అడ్జెస్మెంట్ కాంప్రొమెజ్ అవ్వకూడదు.
14. లీడర్- తన అనుచరుల కంటే ఒక అడుగు ముందు ఉండాలి.
15. లీడర్- తన అనుచరులకు ఎల్లప్పుడూ అభినందనలు తెలుపుతుండాలి
16. లీడర్- తను ఉన్న చోట్ల నాయకత్వ లక్షణాన్ని ప్రదర్శిస్తూ ఉండాలి.
17. లీడర్- కు విమర్శకులు పెరుగుతున్నాయంటే ఎదుగుదల పెరుగుతుందని అర్దం.
18. లీడర్- సమాజం నుండి ఎల్లప్పుడూ నేర్చుకుంటూ, ఎల్లప్పుడూ ఎంతోకొంత ఇస్తూనే ఉండాలి.
